Sarayu Iron (v0.1) is a private, experimental research project. By using a subdomain or VM, you acknowledge that this is not a commercial service. There are no uptime guarantees, and the 'provider' (Me) can terminate any instance for maintenance without notice.

We follow the '12-Hour Threshold.' Any outage caused by ISP (Etisalat/du), Power (SEWA), or local hardware failure lasting less than 12 hours is considered 'Normal Operating Noise' and is not an incident.

In accordance with local safety standards, we keep access logs for 60 days.
Auto-Purge: After 60 days, logs are automatically deleted from the NVMe storage.
Exceptions: If a node is flagged for a Cybercrime violation, logs are frozen and preserved for legal review.
We do not use your hosted data to train Large Language Models (LLMs). Your code and files are your private property. We only monitor resource usage (CPU/RAM/Network) to ensure the 5600G doesn't overheat or crash.
Users can request a total wipe of their data at any time. Once you delete your subdomain via the dashboard, our script will perform a shred operation on your directory, making the data unrecoverable.
To ensure the stability of the "Sarayu Iron" node, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Crypto-mining: No hashing, mining, or validation of any PoW or PoS protocols.
Stress Testing: No stress-ng, prime95, or intensive benchmarks pegging all cores for more than 60 seconds without prior SRE approval.
BitTorrent: No hosting of seedboxes or public trackers that cause high-frequency disk I/O.
Public Morals: No hosting of gambling sites, pornographic material, or content that prejudices public morals.
National Security: No publishing of information that threatens state security or public order.
Privacy & Defamation: No "doxxing," spread of rumors, or fake news.
We monitor resource metrics in real-time. If your subdomain triggers a "Resource Spike," our automated watchdog will:
Sarayu targets 99.9% availability for the edge network layer. Outages under 12 hours caused by regional utilities or designated maintenance windows are considered 'Normal Operating Noise'.
To maintain hardware health (NVMe lifespan and CPU stability), crypto-mining and unauthorized stress testing are strictly prohibited. The 'SRE Kill-Switch' may be deployed if resource usage threatens shared node stability.
We follow a Zero-Tracking philosophy. Access logs are purged every 60 days. We do not use hosted data to train AI/LLM models. All infrastructure resides within the UAE.
